Adsl, video streaming

So I got anTP Link AC1750 ADSL Modem and a Telkom 10 MB/S line.
All the lights are on but no internet traffic.
Vox says Carrier Dropped around 20 times a day?..




Just have to love Telkom

Been logging faults for the past two months.  No luck.
