Advice needed - DAC/AMP for PC

I need some advice.

I'd like to get something going on my PC.  I'm looking for either a DAC and an AMP but would prefer an all-in-one DAC/AMP.  Probably in the region of 50w to 60w.  A nice to have would be one with a sub out. Oh and small.

I see that ebay and bid or buy are full of Class D TDA amps.  What are they like? Are they any good?

I'm going to use a pair of MS10i's with them but would also like to drive my LS50s if I so decide.
