Morning All, hope you are having a good Easter weekend. I have to swop one DStv system for another and would appreciate your help. The outgoing system consists of an Explora Model 2a and A DSD 1131. All connected via a DStv Switch 5-2. The incoming system consists of a HD PVR 2P and model 4s with Xtraview activated. I have 2 cables from the LNBs and one going to the other rooms.
Does the incoming system require a 5-2 switch too? I was given an Ellies Model 4435 2x6 multiswitch and I wonder if that is correct.
Either way, how is this lot connected together?
I assume the 2 decoders' HDMI outputs go to the main TV's inputs?
