Advice sought on security DVR

Hi

I've looking at getting a stand-alone 4CH DVR to record from security cameras.

Checked out the following two units:

ZXY H264 from Communica @ R1600, and the AVTech unit from SpaceTV @ R1880.

Anyone here have any experience with the above boxes, or anything else I should consider?
