Just because the agent doesnt keep parts, don't give up - this tale might be of use to someone:
My mother's 25 year old AEG burst a rubber hose. AEG/Electrolux told me it is far too old, no chance of spares at all. The hose in question is a specially shaped rubber thing, fited in a tight space, so no easy way to get an "ordinary" straight piece of hose in with enough slack to bend the right way.
But I took the old one to Pirate Auto Parts in Savoy - they dug in their boxes and found a much longer customised radiator hose, but a short section in the middle had exactly the right bends and kinks. I trimmed it to size, and made a successful repair.
