AirPort Express with Windows 7 for Music Only

After reading the previous post I thought :thinking:

I have a  1 st Generation AirPort Express and a set of desktop speakers that aren't being used. 

So if you can help me set it up so that I can play music only from either my Laptop or iPad that would be great.
