That is one of the things that is part of the success of China in manufacturing for the global market.


Clothing and so on, a good example.  Big corporate retailers with their own brands have offices in China - or agents - that do the first line QA, that manage the whole thing. Basically ensuring that the product stays the same.

Others of course have their own factories in China and manage it like that.

They all found that out long ago. Anyone who learns the hard way now at this time is really...like behind the game.
