Alternate Route-Sundowner/Honeydew to Midrand Noordwyk

Happy Spring!
Started a new job in Midrand and finding it a bit of a mission to get to work in the morning.
I stay in Sundowner closer to Honeydew and wondering if anyone might know of an alternate route to get to work in the morning.
FYI...not a morning person :facepalm:
