Am I allowed to take speakers with me on a plane?

Going for work to jhb

I intend purchasing speakers in JHB

Flying back to cape town.

Wanted to know, am I allowed to take speakers with me on the plane?

I understand that it won't be allowed on carryon lougauge.

But will it be allowed if I check package in?

The package weight is about 15Kgs.

Please let me know
