I bought an Nvidia Shield last year from Amazon at $179. It is broken and they are willing to refund me it they want me to ship it back to them for the refund. Shipping from SA will cost me +-R3 000 which is about the same price as the item. I raised that with them and they say it?s not an issue because they?ll refund me the shipping costs too. I don?t get this logic. Has anyone ever had such an issue and did Amazon pay them back the shipping costs. Do I need to also take insurance in case it gets lost during shipment?
