I would like to put a push button panel mount switch on my pre-amp. I'm using a Geco enclosure so side mounting isn't an option. Rear mounting is also not, considering that I don't like getting on my knees just to switch my amp on. I have to do that for most other things already...but that's another story.
What nice looking options are there? I considered some of the Shurter stainless steel illuminated vandal proof switches from RS components. Looks nice and is quite expensive at about R350 each. The colour is also not ideal, considering that I'm going for walnut and gold otherwise.
Another option may be a dirt cheap switch with a walnut button. But then I'd have to find a lathe somewhere.
