Amp/receivers/speaker advice

Hi, I'm new to this forum, being surfing it for a while though, before joining.

I need advice please;

I already have proper mains and sub, but need to upgrade, choices being;

Denon AVR1507 matched to Acoustic Research centre and rear

or

Yamaha RX V361 matched to Celestion F48c and F10 for the rears

My need is that of HT and not 2channel Hi-Fi stereo, therefore please do not try to change my mind.

Alternatives - suggestions - similar to the setup above welcomed as well.
