I have been lerking around here for a while now, causing a bit of  :cr@p: here and there, and just reading through the post made by other members showing off ther builds. Amps, pre's, cabs etc, all of them just top notch. But one build in particular has encouraged me to start something, something small. (and most important, something I hope I can complete without to much problems)

And that is the build by a SeanS here on the forum. Man, those cabs are absolutely beautifull. Truely stunning work, well done

But to get back to my build, it aint anything big, in fact, it's an amplifier based around the LM3886. Small compact little mono amp for now, capable of pushing out a respectable 68wrms into 4 ohms. Hopefully, that's if it doesn't blow up in my face. (maybe I should rather save up some more and get the 200wrms plate amp and transformer from Dexter!), please advise!!!

Anyway, gonna get my components tomorrow, and see how things go from there. Gonna be the first time ever that I attempt to build something like this, don't even mention etching a pcb  :cr@p: Google has come up with some good idea's, including printing on photo paper etc. I'm sure it works.

I'm kinda hoping that you guys will be able to help out with some advise if things go all  :cr@p:

Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated, hopefully with pics.

Cheers
