I am using my DVD's digital out, therefore using my amp's DAC.
The amp's DAC is a 24bit/192khz unit. Am I correct in saying that my amp's DAC is now doing the up/oversampling? The cd and dvd sample rate is shown as 44.1khz and 48khz respectively in the amp's display window. I guess this indicates the source's native sample rate before up/oversampling has been done.
