Android 4.3 or 4.4 on South Africa's Galaxy S4 ??

Has anyone installed Android 4.3 or 4.4 on the S4s ? I'm rooted but still with 4.2. I heard there were problems with the official Samsung release of 4.3. Due to mine being rooted I'm not able to update via Samsung's site, which I'm not really interested in as I'd like to dump most of Samsung's bloatware. Lean and mean is my dream
