Currently looking at changing jobs, and just wanted to know what the following means:
After the employee?s appointment as a permanent employee having been confirmed either of the parties may give the other party three (3) calendar months written notice of termination of employment.
Does this mean, I may give 1(as per BCoE) to 3 months calendar notice?
