Cannot work this out, but I assume it can be done.
Say you have a 15 page document (number of pages irrelevant, but...).
I want to apply Headers and Page numbers to the document, but only from page 3 of the document. So pages 1 and 2 mustn't have the headers and mustn't have the page numbers. So in effect, the third page of the document becomes Page 1, along with the headers.
Anyone know how to do this?
