any panel beating experts here?

is there anybody here that can give me some panel beating pointers?

i need to re-manufacture some rear quarter panels for my 1971 datsun.
i have watched some youtube vids on the subject but it would be great if someone could just show me how it is done.

i think it would be a lot simpler than watching the vid's.
