Every year at this time I start suffering from chronic sinusitis, which lasts until the first rains finally arrive in Jhb. I'm on antihistamines, but they have minimal effect. There are a number of quite effective nasal sprays I have used on and off, but as the pharmacists often warn, a lot of them can only be used for about 5 days before they can actually cause a reverse in their effect and actually lead to congestion instead of curing it. Anyone here have similar issues and sprays that have worked long-term?
