Any technical info about B&W DB1 sub?

Have had one of these for 4 years.  Works well, well it did until October

Its connected to the sub out of the amp via single mono cable some 2m long.  The cable is in good condition, measures under 0.6 ohms and is connected to the mono-in on the sub

First inkling of trouble when it would not switch itself on upon a signal being sent
Then I discovered that the backlight on the display menu will not come on
Next, the serial (DB9 plug) and setup software will not connect.  Its using the same laptop with a USB to serial converter set to COM-3 which worked in the past

It can be switched on manually, but the option to auto-switch on cannot be accessed

Wrote to B&W in November, no response
Wrote again in Jan, no response
A sharply worded email in Feb, they refer me to HFX Systems.  I must drop it off HFX say.  Trouble is, I am in CT and they are in Jhb and besides I can hardly move it, it so heavy

One member here gave me the contact details of Wayne from HFX.  He hasn't responded to WhatsApp messages either

On B&W website, there are repair manuals for dozens of dozens of B&W products, except this one

Anyone here have access to a diagram please?  I can PM my email
