I purchased a Europe SIM card on 15th July on the on-line store. After entering the MasterCard secure-code, the screen said I was being returned to the merchant. At this point, a message came up, "an error has occurred" and that was that. So I called Orange (you get to speak to someone in the UK on their 010.. number). He had no idea what to do, and suggested I send them an email, which I did on 15th July
This email bounced after a few days with the message "mailbox full". So I called again. No idea what to do, but would investigate and call me back (have I heard those words before?). So far no call. Their local phone number goes to a recording. I have been there twice to find all the lights on, but no-one answering the door. Yesterday, I slipped a message under the office door
