What a bunch of wallies!  Despite me specifying that the item should be delivered to their Claremont (Cape Town) store, they sent it to the shop in Orange Grove (Jhb).  I received a text this morning telling me to collect.  Got hold of the shop and they half-way between clueless and stupid.  The lady tried to tell me it would incur extra charges to send to CT and since she could not see the original order, was not prepared to do anything.  So I emailed her the order confirmation which shows delivery address as Claremont.  Now she has to get authorisation to send it on, and (I could hardly believe it) said was I sure I could not call in!
