Ive been very interested in this for a long time. I recently got my hands on a 5kva full sine wave ups/inverter. I also go quotes on MPPT solar regulator and controller relay.
I now need to decide if im going hybrid or going to try use battery storage. I would have to split my electrical circuits to run only essentials and exclude the stove etc.
I would go grid tie if I could but cant pass up on the free inverter as a place to start.
Does anyone have experience with this type of setup? reccomended source for panels?
