Few days after a US court found Samsung to have infringed on Apple's patent rights, a Japanesse court has found Samsung not guilty of patent rights infringement against Apple. Very interestin way to look at things. The questions are as follows. Did the US courts find Samsung guilty bcs Apple is an american product due to jury apathy? Did the Japs not find Samsung guilty bcs Samsung is an Asian company? Did the Japs not find Samsung guilty bcs they are for patent rights infringement as shown by most Japanesse and Chinese products that are copied directly from their western rivals?
