AR turntable motor vibration

I have an AR "the Turntable"with a motor that seems to be vibrating more than it should, it is also getting a little hotter than I think is normal. I have lubricated it a bit which didn't seem to help at all. Could it be the drive capacitor? On the back of the motor it says one should use a 0.1uf 600v capacitor but the one installed is 0.39uf..
