Morning All
I was cutting off some dead fern leaves in the garden this weekend, and notice something floating in the water feature. It was an...ahem...itsy bitsy spider.
It is a given that my GF freaked out a whee bit (I was solid as a rock, of course :help: )
Took the still corpse out with a broom and took a few photos before throwing into the bush...I was tempted to scatter legs and other components across the bricks as a warning sign to other arachnids, but I was fearful that it would mysteriously come back to life and jump at me.
Any idea what this is? Does not look like a normal "rain spider". I would say it was 8cm wide leg to leg.
Cheers
