ARC compare XBox 1s

Currently have X3500H connected to Hisense smart tv via ARC.  Will utilising a Xbox 1s as a streaming device connected to the AVR improve sound quality compared to ARC?  I know I will gain the benefit of Atmos via e.g. Netflix if using Xbox 1s, however would like to know if all things equal, the Xbox 1s sound quality will be an improvement over ARC.  Thanks
