Remove the woofer from the cabinet. Inspect the position of the spider. If the spider is obviously stretched in the forward position, then carefully push on the backside of the cone to try and get the kapton back in the gap.You might be lucky and find the woofers still work, but dont hold your breath.Edit: From your picture, it doesn’t look to me as if the above is actually the case.
