PiShop sell with only a 6 month warranty. Buy it from RS Components at a similar price but with the full industry standard 1 year warranty.
PiShop support like to ignore you when you are 2 weeks out of warranty. They don't even say "sorry, we cant replace, but we will let you know when new stock arrives and reserve one for you, so we can help you get a new one ASAP". They ignore you for a month after 4 emails asking for feedback. This is not treating customers fairly. They are not doing anyone favors here. Time to support other companies like RS, Micro Robotics, Pi Factory, DIY Electronics, Communica, UniHobbies... the list goes on.

I used to be a big fan, I am not anymore. I am never referring a friend to them again.
