This company have had a lot of complaints against them.
However not the branch we were about to visit.
I wonder how damaging these report should are.
When we experience good service we take it for granted and never bother to compliment the supplier.
Should we be unhappy we immediately take to the internet and use whatever means to discredit the supplier.
