Assistance needed from audiophile to set up a system

Are there any audiophiles out there willing to assist in setting up a new system so that it sounds presentable (RCA-Digital-XLR-HRS, EZ set-Direct-DSP Path-EQ1-EQ2-EQ3,Gain-Crossover frequency). What happened to Volume, treble and bass ?
Equipment: HK 990, HD 990, Dyneaudio Ambience 52, Sunfire sub and a difficult room, (wife refuses to give me the main bedroom).
