Just read that Vodacom now will ONLY allow your phone to be billed by a music , porn, whatever service ONLY IF you double opt in.
The request to the service provider to bill you for XYZ is the first opt out.
IE you would have had to respond to some spam or actively requested the service.
Then Vodacom send you an SMS from THEMSELVES asking you to confirm the WASPA request.
So no more "automatically" being subscribed to some service you NEVER requested.
Sounds good to me , been stung myself by one of em , scumbags , may all who own shares and work for em have their armpits and groin infested by the fleas of a 1000 camels.....
