I have this unit and it came with a step down transformer that I've used from day one...anyway purely for interest sake I removed the cover to take a peak and this unit has two baby Prem surface mount transformers back to back and the little stickers on top state 115/230v 50/60 hz...doeas this mean I have been using the off-board stepper for no good reason at all...of course I don't think plugging it in straight without asking is a good idea?
