I've been in electronic distribution for a while now and - while I'm very happy - I've always wondered about AV distribution and combining a passion with a job, which everyone wants.
One question I have (and please free to PM and correct me if wrong, as I don't expect a reply here)... Is do they offer market related remuneration, considering how small or niche they are?
I've always got the (possibly wrong) impression that money is made by owners and management.
