I've recently noticed that my fridge turns on that I can hear a soft 'click' on the loudspeakers. During winter I had a rechargeable lamp plugged in downstairs and also noticed that when the fridge did the same, the light would turn on for a fraction of a second (I had it set to turn on automatically if the power went off).
My AV setup is 'protected' by a Clearline multiplug, but I've become increasingly nervous about what this means and what I should look at doing (if anything) to deal with the issue?
