does anyone has any experience of these? how do they sound? and generally does NAD equipment sound good with B&W speakers. some people seem to suggest that NAD is not a good match for B&W's. I have heard that B&W's can be difficult to drive. my room measures about 6x6m( i'm intending to move to a bigger place in the next 2-3 months, the room will be about 8-9m x 7-8m from what i've seen so far), I listen to classical,jazz, male and female vocals, i prefer clarity, imaging,dynamic range, tonal balance, less coloration,air around the instrument and refinement, resolution (but not at the expense of everything else). my current equipment is NAD c565BEE cdp(to be upgraded soon,with DAC or SACD player), NAD C375BEE (150w/c), kimber hero interconnects and kimber 8pr speaker bi-wire cables. I know the best thing would be to audition for myself, which I intend to do very soon, as soon a i'm around jo'burg, Alberton area. just wanted to hear preliminary views beforehand. what other speakers compare with these in the same price range(say R15-30K). some of you may remember I have lost alll emotional and psychological connection with my current speakers, they sound good, but there's still some regrets about them, you know like a returned lover, she's good, but not that very good anymore and you know that you'll part pretty soon, if you know what I mean. so I'm currently considering these and any other good speakers that can match my equipment and taste in music, i'm prepared to go upto R30K, I don't want to buy speakers again for the next 5-10 years, lobola is on the horizon, then kids then bigger mortgage and a new bigger car blah blah blah!!!, so I may not be able to spoil myself in the foreseeable future. how do the monitor audio GS20's sound? are they good speakers?
