How the knob looks like that broke off:
So i send this morning a mail and cc the Managing Director
Good morning
Hope all things are well on your side. I want lodge a complain. A parcel with the tracking number TCG ******* was sent down from JHB to CPT. Parcel got stuck in JHB and after i start requesting where the parcel is, the parcel start moving in the system.
Massive story just to get hold of people because phones don't get pick up "CPT don't even pick up there phones and only on Tuesday afternoon one's and yesterday afternoon i got hold of them after i went to there offices yesterday morning". Tracking Don't answer there phones and if i find someone to speak to, then it's just empty promises where the parcel is. I started to track it by email to see by my self where it is.
I even requested if the parcel is in Cape Town, that they must call me that i can come pick it because of the content that's in it and because i'm on my way on holiday for 4 weeks and the delivery of this parcel already delayed it.
Parcel was drop off yesterday afternoon and nearly went out with a delivery vehicle after i received mail that it is in cape town, I called them to ask where it is and it must stay there, so the request that I ask that the parcel must not go out weren't given.
After collecting the parcel and opening of it i founded that something is missing. You will see on the photos what i mean. I Message the sender that send the parcel and he say the parcel was in the correct condition that he send it. I called CPT branch and they find the broken off part laying by them and they didn't even know what it is after i explain to them. You can see it was drop or hit by something on high impact and the knob broke off because it's a clean round cut on the bubble wrap.
Went down to CPT branch for the 3rd time to collect this broken off part and to speak to the manager. The manager Mikael wasn't really help full and arrogant.
This Parcel that was handle like this is a Marantz Sr7005 Receiver and this parcel was wrap in 5 to 6 layers of babble wrap with fragile stickers and the parcel was given to me upside down. Find attached to this mail photos.
I will like this matter to be taken up and I want a answer.
I send stuff up and down in South Africa on a regular base with Couriers and this is really bad service i have received from The Courier Guy. Plans was to use your serves in the future because of you rates but i think i will stay with the Courier companies that i have used after your service.
Hope that i can get a respond on this mail.
Have a nice day that side.
Kind Regards.
And this is the respond from the Managing Director
