Im wondering if anybody on here, has ever run into the banks horrible honoring fee system.
My wife was charged R132 honoring fee on 3 payments that were made, despite having enough funds in her account. So there was no need to honor any of those payments by Standard bank.
We have all the smses, that actually shows after her last payment, that her balance was still in a positive. She also has no overdraft facility in place, and has no debit orders that go off from this account.
We have requested a call back from Standard bank on a few occasions, but without access. We tried calling, and just been kept waiting without any assistance.
