Bargain or not.., B&W Speakers (5.1) and Yamaha Amp

Will be grateful for opinions: Seller seems desperate to sell: set of - B&W 603 S3 (towers), B&W LCR 60 S3,(center), B&W ASW600 (SUB) set of B&W DM603 S3 (bookshelves) and he throws in a mint condition Yamaha AV receiver RX-V 650 all for R5K. All bought new in 2008 and used for 2-3 years after which it was in storage ever since. (all in mint condition) - Bargain or not?
