If your're in the right place at the right time, bargains are still out there.
I have a Fluke and two other multimeters but couldn't resist this one. It had the box but no manual and a cracked display glass and the shop wanted R199, presumably because of the cracked glass.
So I bargained a bit and finally got R60 bucks off and paid R139.-
Got a bit of 3mm poly carb and milled a new glass and bob's yer uncle. Later, I downloaded the manual from APPA and yesterday, picked up the software and cable from RS which cost almost 2X what I paid for the meter
