I bought a Ellies inverter trolley a few months ago. It works like it should. It's battery used to last 2.5 hours of loadshedding. Now it starts to beeb to warn about a flat battery just under 2 hours. The battery seems to holds its charge just fine when there is no loadshedding. I never hear it charge.
So I want to buy another battery, of the same brand. It it a wrong move to connect the new battery in parallel to the original battery? I know it's best to buy 2 new batteries, but if I can save costs I would like to.
