so i finally got it connected up & running. sounds really really good - BUT
has typical beogram 4004 issues
- inconsistent speed control - continually speeds up & slows down
- problems with the arm - doesn't always go to the right place & also moves sideways before raising up off the album.
form internet research these are well know issues, & not too difficult to fix. (well - for someone with some skills - not me)
the person i bought it from mentioned the name of someone who does repairs / services on b&o equipment, but didn't have contact details.
does anyone here know who this could be, or can anyone here do it for me?
(i am not looking for a freebie - this t/table sounds really good & i am willing to invest to fix it)
