I collect renditions of Bizet's Carmen. I found this one recently... Now phase4stereo records are often derided for their gimmicky soundscape, and its true, it is gimmicky. What I do however like is the wonderful realistic timber of the instruments recorded. My techie-fantasy would be to get hold of the masters and remix them properly with a more realistic soundstage...
