Best speakers to pair with Yamaha RX-V757 amp

I have a Yamaha RX-V765 amp (7.2) paired with Celestion speakers (previously paired with a Yamaha entry level amp) and a Velodyne SW. Celestion speakers were previously (not anymore) imported for pairing with Yamaha amps. The speakers are rather bright with poor bass tone. Can anyone suggest an appropriate speaker package.
