Bluetooth transmitter for television

So before my Mom blows her TV loudspeakers...again... I was thinking of getting her a set of headphones. Obviously not wired because of safety issues. I have a set of spare bluetooth headphones, am assuming some sort of bluetooth transmitter is the way to go? I saw this on Takealot, was wondering if it will do the job? Can anyone advise?
