Hey guys, I know this is a strange subject but need some clarification as this is driving me insane.
I signed a two month contract through a personnel agency, and on the contract it states that my pay day is the last day of every month...LOL...That is a lie, as I struggled with them the first month to get my salary on time. An entire week later I only got paid and when I was paid the personnel agent in charge assured me that this would never happen, well guess what... We are doing this again it seems.
Clearly that is a breach of contract on their behalf. Is there nothing I can do without losing my job?
They keep on coming up with lame excuses not to pay me on time
