Background: I've always just been a normal wood braaier using a standard oldskool braai/grid.
Now: I have a new weber (cadac variant) that I want to attempt smoking fish in this weekend.
What do I need to buy to do this (I have just the smoker) and where can I go to get it. I'm guessing wood chips from somewhere (makro/spar/pnp ?) and what else?
