Buying a 3.3V USB - UART converter that won't take two weeks

Anyone have any ideas?

Mantech is a PITA, and all the ones RS stocks are minimum 4-6 days just to get to SA. So prob two weeks wait...

Somewhere in Randburg/Sandton ... or near the N3 towards Germiston...? Or online delivery that's not goint to take forever.
