From a 'business' point of view to protect both parties, how would his work if (for example) the house was R1m and the parties had a R100k and R300k deposit each ?
According to the bank, I guess they only see 50:50 and there'd need to be another agreement in place ?
But would the person putting in more owe more of the property ? ie 70:30 ?
And when it comes to balance, the premiums are also in ratio (albeit, not 70:30) ?
