I saw a great complex over the weekend and one of the phases will be ready in about 2 years. There is a R20,000.00 deposit to purchase one of these. I'm curious if any of you have done this and what are the risks involved? For example :
Can the price increase over the 2 year period?
Are there (uexpected) costs other than the R20,000 now?
